Sunrise Meditation & Therapeutic Group Healing is intended to help you remember your inner power by strengthening your connection with nature.

The events will start with monthly meetings, the second Saturday of each month. (Dates may vary due to weather conditions and holidays.)
You will need:
- A mat
- Please dress according to the weather conditions (Note. the weather is always cooler by the lake)
- Other supplies will be provided at location
Maximum capacity: 10 guests per event
