16 or below = No concern for anxiety or slight anxiety
You have answered this anxiety screening in such a way as to suggest that you are not likely currently suffering from an anxiety disorder. Remember that anxiety is not the enemy. A little dose of anxiety in normal, everyday life is to be expected and can be a good thing. Anxiety is essentially our body’s alarm system and alerts us of when we need to be paying closer attention to a situation, event or person in our lives.
